Daily Attendance Requirements:

Regular attendance is essential for academic success. Students must attend a minimum of 75% of working days as per KSEEB norms to be eligible for promotion.

Late Arrival & Early Dismissal:

Students arriving after the first bell will be marked late. Frequent late arrivals or early dismissals without valid reasons will be reported to parents.

Leave of Absence:

Leave must be informed in advance through a written application or via the school portal. Medical leave exceeding three days must be supported by a doctor's certificate. 

Code of Conduct:

Students are expected to maintain discipline, show respect to teachers and peers, and follow school rules at all times.

Behavioral Expectations :

Use of abusive language, bullying, or damaging school property will lead to disciplinary action. Repeated violations may result in suspension.

Corrective Measures:

The school believes in corrective discipline through counseling, parent involvement, and reflection exercises. Corporal punishment is strictly prohibited. 

Uniform Guidelines:

Students must wear the prescribed uniform neatly and completely on all working days. The uniform reflects discipline and unity.

Grooming Standards:

Hair must be neatly trimmed. Nails should be clean and short, girls with long hair must braid it.

Special Days:

On sports and club activity days, students must wear the specified house/sports uniform. Any change must be pre-approved by the school. 

Eligibility Criteria :

Admissions are based on age, previous academic records, and entrance tests (if applicable), as per KSEEB guidelines. 

Admission Procedure :

Application forms are available at the school office and online. Admission is confirmed only after document verification and fee payment.

Withdrawal Process:

A minimum of one month's notice must be given for withdrawal. Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued only after all dues are cleared.

Fee Structure:

The school fee is structured annually and shared with parents at the time of admission. It includes tuition, activity, and lab fees. 

Payment Schedule:

Fees must be paid in full or in approved installments by the specified deadlines. Late payments will incur a penalty.

Refund and Cancellation:

Fees once paid are non-refundable except under special circumstances approved by the management.

Scholarships and Concessions:

Deserving students with academic excellence or financial need may apply for scholarships. Conditions apply as per school policy.  

Medical Emergencies:

The school has a first-aid facility. Parents will be informed immediately in case of any health issue. Emergency contact details must be kept updated.

Campus Safety Measures:

The school maintains secure entry/exit points, regular fire drills, and CCTV surveillance in key areas to ensure student safety.

Hygiene Practices:

Clean drinking water, sanitized washrooms, and routine cleaning are part of daily school maintenance. Students are encouraged to maintain personal hygiene.

IT Resource Usage:

Students must use school computers and internet services responsibly. Accessing inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

Cyber Safety:

Students are educated on digital citizenship, including online behavior, privacy, and respectful communication. 

Social Media Conduct:

Students and parents are discouraged from posting school-related content.

Parent-Teacher Meetings:

PTMs are conducted regularly to discuss student progress. Attendance is compulsory for at least one parent.

Communication Channels:

The school communicates via SMS, email, and the official app. Notices and circulars are also updated on the website.

Feedback and Grievances:

Parents are encouraged to share constructive feedback. A formal grievance redressal process is in place to resolve concerns promptly.
